Attempt to create a scheduled task as system
administrator to run at system startup fails.
Syntax used follows:
Schtasks /create /s {system name} /sc onstart /tn
{taskname} /tr {path to batfile} /u {admin username} /p
{password to admin user}
Error: Passing the user credentials on local connection
