Norton Anti Virus

Can anyone help. I had to reformat my hard drive a
couple of weeks ago. Now no longer have Norton Anti
Virus on my pc. I have contacted the supplier (Dell) but
have had no response. No NAV disc supplied with new PC.
Has anyone any ideas?
