You can't find it because theres no built in way of doing it.

For file serving/network sharing (Incidentally, you've listed them as two
things, what exactly do you think the difference is?) you can use a login
script that checks if that ID is logged in already, and logs out if thats
so. One way of doing this, if you connect to the user's home drive on login,
you can test if the user already has a connection.
