If you're using your computer at all, you are letting the virus spread;
Klez doesn't need you to "use your email" or to open any email program,
since it has its own mail engine and searches more than your address book
(i.e., document files) for email addresses.
You need to download the fix on someone else's computer & then install it,
not download on the infected system.
