Admin account locked out

to whom it may concern, I really did delete my self out
of my computer!! I was trying to do the recovery disk
because I seem to have lost my dvd,decoder and probaly
other things.It played before when i got it in
November.But any way I was trying to set up user acct.I
being Adminstraitor then my husband and 3kids. i dont no
a whole lot but one thing I do no is, is that I cant get
in to fix it.
