win2000 & Xp nw

We can't get access to our shared folders from our win2000 to our WinXp
workstations and the other way around.
Details:
Guest acounts are enabled
crosscable works fine(ping is ok)
same accounts and password on both systems
Same workgroup
Service for sharing is on
Firewall is off
from the xp: workgroup( 'admin') is not accassible.......The account cannot
access from this station
from the 2000: (werkgroepaccessible) '\\computrname is not accassible Access
is
denied
