If it is only access to the registry that is the problem and if the keys
that need to be written are in HKLM under the Software branch for that
application, I suggest you might want to give "change" permission to
Users for that CorelDraw key. They won't be able to write to other keys
in HKLM so this is pretty safe.
CorelDraw might have a XP patch to fix this problem. Worth a look. Also
search the windowsxp groups on Google Advanced Groups search for
CorelDraw issues and see what other folks are saying.
