Change the way users log on and off

When trying to to change the way users log on and off I
am told that Client Services for NetWare has disabled the
welcome screen and fast user switching. To restore these
features, you must uninstall Client Services for Netware.
Wondering where to find it and how to uninstall without
affecting other programs
