I checked with Adobe before posting this Question. They
do not have answer.... The Photoshop Elements is Windows
certified for Windows XP....???
I will try out these tools, thank you.
I am assumeing the Sysinternal.com is www.sysinternals.com
and is a web site.
I will give this a try. Let me know if there is a more
complete address or have I guessed correctly.
