Use of full NTbackup with System State is recommended to provide
for full recovery from system failure.

With the Certificates mmc snap-in. It is in the Help system.
For the Password recovery disk, use the Users control panel applet,
with their account highlighted, the link at left to Prevent a forgotten
password.
