Folder security

We installed Windows XP Home Edition on our computer & made only one user
with ADMINISTRATOR right. The question is how can we set private access for
some folder with password (not administrator or user account password)?!
We don't wanna create new user.
How can we solve this problem without creation of new user?
Is it real?
