User accounts

How do you get a program to execute on a limited user
account.Example, Music match Jukebox
Is there a way for the administrator account to share
this program on limited accounts.
It will execute from the admin. account but cannot
execute from a limited user account.
If I right click on the folder in Explorer and choose
properties and then sharing and security it states to
drag the file to the shared doc. folder. I tried this and
received a message that moving, remaning or deleting this
folder may cause the program to not work.
Please send info on how to resolve this problem.
