Multiple users on XP machine

What you will want to do is use XP Pro on every machine,
join each XP Pro machine to the domain, and then the
nurses can do exactly what they have been doing with
Windows 98. They'd enter their username/password for the
domain account, and be authenticated against the domain
controller.
