Right click on Internet Explorer and select properties. Select the "content"
tab, and go to settings for "Content Advisor." Disable it.

You'll need the password used when it was set up to disable it, so if you're
a kid trying to get around Mom's internet "restrictions" you'll have to get
the password from her.... LOL.
