Here is the setting that I changed:
Computer Management (local)
----Storage
----Removable Storage
----Libraries
----HP CD-Writer....
Under the settings for CD writer I made sure that the
check boxes for Use Control and Modify where all checked
for the Users group. This did not fix my problem, the
exact same message comes up. If this is not what you
meant for me to do, then where do I change the setting you
were talking about. If that is what you meant, then what
else could be causing this problem???
