Start your computer in the safe mode and log on using the administrator
account. Open the system control panel and go to the advanced tab. Click the
Settings in the User Profiles box. Select the name of your old account from
the list and click Copy To. Type C:\Documents and Settings\*user* (In place
of *user* type the name of your new user account). Next Click on Change in
the Permitted to Use box.
Type in your new user name. Click OK. Click OK again.
