Vinod - is this related to the question you already asked about loosing
access to your files now you have reinstalled Windows ?? (posted today at
06:14)

If you do not export the recovery agent keys or your own keys BEFORE
reinstalling Windows - you will not have access to the encrypted files once
your have put on Windows XP again.

What do you mean - "copy the files somewhere and delete the originals" ?
