There has always been two administrative accounts on your computer. One is
your account and the other is the built-in administrator account. The
built-in administrator account can not be deleted. Your account can be
deleted by loggining in using the administrator account and going to the
user accounts control panel, choosing your account name, and clicking Delete
this account. I do not recommend using the administrator account for
everyday use so I do recommend keeping the second administrative account
