If you install apps to such as
c:\program files\restricted\app1, .\app2, .\app3 for example
then set permissions (inheritable on down) at the relative root
c:\program files\restricted so that your group has execute,
but such that other accounts (save administrators most likely)
do not have execute. For non-logo apps you may have to
grant change.
Finally, if the apps install start menu and/or desktop links into
the All Users profile, copy these to the corresponding locations
in the other profiles that should see them and then delete these
from the All Users profile.
