1. Start your computer in the safe mode and log on as an administrator. The
full Security tab will now be visible when you view a folders properties.

2. To make the Guest account visible open the registry editor (Go to Start
Menu>Run and Type Regedit). Find the key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows
NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\UserList

Create a new DWORD Value named Guest and set the value to 1.
