There are the folowing subfolders:
C:\Program Files\AGI\core\3.0\CMS.zip
C:\Program Files\AGI\core\3.0\common.zip
C:\Program Files\AGI\core\3.0\windows.zip

Properties of files and folders tell me nothing ecepth that the folder was created on June 9, 2009
There are no readme files.

I've googled the following and haven't gotten a satisfactory answer.
What is Ag Core Service? It's in a folder C:\Program Files\AGI.
Is it, I hope, a Windows Vista sp2 service.
