Which update ? If you can identify which one caused the issue then MS offers *no*-charge support for performance and reliability issues associated with it:
The most likely updates that would cause an issue such as this would be:
Vulnerabilities in Windows Could Allow Elevation of Privilege (959454): MS09-012
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/Bulletin/MS09-012.mspx
Vulnerabilities in Windows HTTP Services Could Allow Remote Code Execution (960803): MS09-013
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/Bulletin/MS09-013.mspx
NOTE: The first Sec bulletin requires 2 updates to be installed to mitigate the 4 vulnerabilities, KB952004 and KB956572.
The second one installs KB960803.

Hello,.
I had Apache server installed on Vista Home Premium and it worked fine
until the Vista security update 2 days ago.
Something is blocking port 80. I ran netstat -ano and find out it is
PID 4 which is System is using port 80, but I have no idea which one
just added with the update to stop the service.
Does anyone have the same issue?
Thanks
