Can you be more specific as to what you did? You removed the administrator account from where - permission or owner? Which folder(s), did you create them or are they system folders?

Too late. I did it, in that I removed the Administrator accounts from that folder. And it seems that it's quite hard to undo the damage. ANd that's why I asked, in that I wanna undo the damage. :)
