Indeed, but we then have to believe that Bardharlock purchased One Care
just to replace the Windows firewall, ignoring the integrated Defender
anti-spyware by switching off the anti-spyware plus anti-virus function of One Care - maybe so.
The default action on installing OneCare is to disable Defender and the Windows firewall.
All the more reason to install or re-activate Defender and the built-in firewall, then. One certainly wouldn't want to rely solely upon One Care.
