Vista Home Premium accessing Server 2003 domain

I have a user that has a Vista Home Premium machine that cannot access
the domain hosted by Server 2003. When I log in as myself, an admin
on the domain, I can see everything. I have a feeling there is a
policy somewhere I need to change to allow this user access. Any
thoughts on what it is?
