Replace Organization= with O=
A subject uses X.500 parts, and organization is represented by the letter "O"

When using certreq to create a cert request, it fails if an
organization is specified.
"The data is invalid. 0x8007000d (WIN32: 13)
C:\xxx\xx.inf (organization = "xxx xxx xxxx")
If I don't specify an organization it works fine.
