Network access not working

I have a new 2003 Standard server I have built to be a file server for the
user folders. I'm a domain admin with rights everywhere. As a test, I moved
my user folder over and now cannot access files, add a new file or folder,
etc. Since I have the approproate rights, I checked the local security
policy and network access is allowed. I also checked the domain security
policy and it allows everybody network access as well. Any ideas of where I
should look next?
