Folder redirection

Hi there,
I have problem configuring folder redirection. I hope someone can help me.
I have windows 2003 server and workstations are windows xp. I configured
folder redirection and offline files for MyDocuments folder, and everything
works fine until two or more users log on one workstation. Windows
synchronization try to synchronize MyDocuments folder for all users who log
on that workstation, and primary user gets an error message (Access denied)
for other users MyDocuments folder. I know that I can avoid that by turning
off offline files, but that is not acceptable. Is there any way to set up
windows sychronization to synchronize files just for the user which is
logged in, or maybe to ignore any errors?
