Does anyone know if any of the high end anti-virus tools will run without
any entries in the registry on the system where it is expanded? I want to
have a way to run an anti-virus or trojan tool from an ERD Commander 2005
boot CD, and I cannot "install" an application on the ERD Commander CD, only
copy over files to its file system. So the application file tree I copy
over has to be self contained and not require any kind of formal install
parameters in the registry.
