VPN and Mobile 6

For some reason if users use there Mobile 6 phones as modems (Internet
sharing) to connect to my server (SBS 2003) they cant connect. The screen
displays that it is verifiing the user name and password but after some time
an error message displays saying error 721 remote computer did not respond.

Connecting using Mobile devices has been working fine for months. Not sure
why it has suddenly stop. The users do have internet they just cant connect
to the VPN.
