We recently upgraded one of our server boxes and the user who is responsible for the jobs that run on that server needs to be able to see the event viewer logs, including a couple of custom logs we have created. It worked for her on the old box, which was windows 2000 server. How do I give the same rights in server 2003? Its probably right there, I'm just not searching on the right words.

Thanks
Brian
