i find the ecert may have problem, checking with CA now.

After installation of 3rd party certificate, i can see the cert at MMC but
not at IIS.

i may install the cert at wrong place.

the server is a domain server

As i remember, the steps are different from standalone server.

but i can't remember.

Could anyone help? Thanks a lot.
