Is there some sort of security lock down that has been applied after this
update that would keep someone from editing a batch file on another server?
If I even copy executables from another server it will not let me run them
because of some permissions deal. Anything created locally is fine, but
trying to edit a batch file in the SYSVOL on another domain controller will
not work.
IE7's latest updates also lock down the security settings to High with no
other options.
