The real problem might be granting the set password right without giving
away more, like the privilege to create and delete accounts...

On the OU where all user accounts are in, DELEGATE CONTROL for the users
you like and install them the adminpak.msi on there local workstation.

I would like to create an application that would allow one or two
other people in the office to reset a user's password in case I am not
available.
Our DC is a W2K3 Enterprise server.
Any help would be appreciated.
