from your post, i don't know if you are interested in "current" situation (now).
If so, checkout psloggedon from sysinternals:
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/sysinternals/utilities/psloggedon.mspx
Else, you can find when a user logged on in the security event logs, both on DC and workstations

Is there any utility on a Windows 2003 Server to show where a logon has been used, i.e. what desktop PCs the user has logged onto?
