Anyway, create a group in ADUC, add the user you like to audit and add this
group to the auditing tab of the folder security advanced permissions.

I have a folder which one user uses to read and write files on a
regular basis. A few other users access the folder on rare occasions.
I want to audit access to this folder for every user except the one
user who accesses the folder on a regular basis.
I can't see how to do this, but this must be possible, isn't it? If I
add Everyone, that will include the one user.
