Why do you grant them access, if you then will control if they access the
folder? Just give the rights only the people they need it and you're done.

I have a folder which one user uses to read and write files on a
regular basis. A few other users access the folder on rare occasions.
I want to audit access to this folder for every user except the one
user who accesses the folder on a regular basis.
I can't see how to do this, but this must be possible, isn't it? If I
add Everyone, that will include the one user.

You'll have to run the batch file as a scheduled task (on the server),... you have a folder off the root on the server called DATA. ... (microsoft.public.windows.server.general)
