No. The smart card PIN isn't the same as the password - it has no value by
itself, can be simple numeric sequence, etc.
It's *exactly* the same thing, with a smartcart requirement as well.

Well, thanks to all who replied, I got a few good ideas to use, but only
time will tell if I succeed... ;-)
One other use I had intended for RDP has been achieved: being able to RDP
into my administrative system from anywhere else. Turns out that this is
allowed, as there is an OU for admin workstations to which the anti-RDP GPO
is not applied. I'm still a bit dizzy thinking about how useful this will
be...
