Destination Port 2164 UDP?

I have a single host on my network that is constantly trying to do a
broadcast to port 2164 UDP. Before I dig into it, does anyone recognize
that? A quick scan suggested it might be a Dynamic DNS version 3 protocol.
How is it used? I don't understand why only one host on the network would
be targeting that port on other machines by a broadcast.
