WINS

At certain times in the day I notice that there are multiple network names
in network neighborhood. I was wondering if there is a way I can find out
where these are coming from. They are not any names that are used in the
organization and I'm wondering if there is a way to track them down in WINS
or some tool to do it. I cannot get into any of them to see any computers
inside. Any tools/tips would be greatly appreceated. Thanks
