Re: Access denied for a particular file - nothing helps

Unfortunately it's not it - i uninstalled mcafee antivirus and still have no access to that file. Actually while copying the drive i found a few other files with the same problem... I need those but have no idea what to do...

and as you can see it's not a system/reserved name. And yes, i did reboot; also i ran Unlocker to see if for any reason this file is locked by any process and it's not.

Was able to delete from cmd, but it doesn't solve the problem though: i have couple more files like that and those I need to use, so i can't delete them... any suggestions?
maybe the virus scanner is involved?

That was exactly my thinking, anti-malware interference,
especially seeing netcat\nc.exe

You could also check, if you see something with Process Explorer.
