HELP: Cannot Login member server (Offline)

Server: Windows 2003
The server was installed as a member server of our domain when it still
connected to our network locally. We did not create password for local
administrator but using domain administrator password instead.

We shipped the server to another location, which doesn't have Internet
connection for the time being.

When we login domain, no authentication possible because connection to the
DC cannot establish. We tried to login locally with blank password, the
server won't let us.

Is there anyway I can get into the member server without having access to
the Domain Controller (on remote location)?
