I was able to install DPM agent on all W2K3 servers except on Exchange2000
and IIS 6.0 servers.
The error:

The user administrator does not have administrator access to the following
nodes: exchangeserver.mydomain.com (ID: 271)
Remove the servers from the "Select Servers" page or provide credentials
for an account that has administrator access to all of the selected
servers.

The user administraor login is the same as when you log in these servers
directly from the console.
