Are you sure that you can restrict users from overwriting files that they have created using NTFS permissions. I don't think so. Not even in other file and operating systems.since I only have a Vista machine running currently, I tested on that.
Created a folder, arranged the permissions for my own account as described.
Created a file with content.
Copied that file to the target folder.
Tried to edit / to delete in the target folder.
Did not work.
I could only delete the file, if I moved it on the same partition to the target folder by Cut and Paste.
