printing security

My servers are Server2003, SP1 using AD, volumes are NTFS. We have data
that is subject to HIPAA as well as good business practice .
I have a folder called Clients. Under this there are about 15 child
folders. Different staff and groups of staff have different needs, read
only, read/write, or no access. Under these 15 many of these have
additional layers of child folders, again with various security settings.
In some cases some staff can save files and subsequently read what is saved
but are prohibited by security from modifying or deleting after saving.
Is there any way to get a printout or a command prompt display of the folder
tree with security settings. These are becoming quite unmanageable abd I am
finding instances of individually assigned expplicit rights instead of
security groups. Is there a way to select a security group and get a list,
printed or on screen, of all folders explicitly assigned and with what
rights ??
