Hello pferreira,
then the user is indeed granted access
however, the prompt should not be coming at all
since the user is part of the domain
so my question is why this is happening, and only to a certain user and not to others
grtz
After the user puts the correct username and password he is granted
access or he gets prompt again?
If he gets prompt again, check the Network Passwords in Control Panel
User Accountsresgards
