it is Administrator or the user name
On setup you only setup password for the admin then later you setup user
accounts.
Maybe you better call dell.

Hello.
Thanks in advance for any help you may give.
We just purchased a Optiplex server from Dell a couple of days ago with
SBS
2003, R2 preinstalled. We completed the initial setup with computer name,
password, etc.
After setup, we've attempted to logon to the server many time, but it is
giving us an error message saying that user name and/or password are
incorrect.
Please forgive our ignorance, but is the user name the name we have given
our server or is it "Administrator"? We have tried many combinations of
the
computer name / password and "administrator & admin/password" with no
success.
Are there any utilities that will help us recover the password or should
we
attempt a complete reinstall if the server software.
thanks.
