Hi Tom,
Are these two servers part of same domain?
I usually do a backup (e.g. using NTBackup to *.bkf file) and then copy the
file over. Now you can restore the files and it will also restore the
permissions.

I am running Windows 2003 server Enterprise Edition. I am building a new
server that will also run Windows 2003 Server Enterprise. Is there a easy
way to transfer users, shares, rights from on server to the other. Thanks.
