Encrypted Files - Access Denied

I have an encrypted file that I cannot access anymore - access denied. I am
listed as the 'Users who can transparently access this file', and I am a
Domain and Enterprise Admin.

I changed my password last week, and it seems to have occurred after that.
Also, I have restored the file from months ago to a new location, and the
file is still encrypted and access denied.

Help!
