encrypted, I am not sure if this makes a difference.

Oh, I forgot, I realize that new files will be encrypted, but what
about the current SQL server data files. I just want to make sure the
data stays encrypted when it leaves this office. I.E. it is client
pull replication so the client side data files are modefied.
