I was wondering if it is possible to encrypt workstation files on a
win2k3 domain with a CA server and autoenrollment set up?
I.E. they have a folder that the synch from the server to their laptop
before they leave for a client meeting, can I have it set in either
group policy or maybe a script with the cipher.exe command or something
to make sure that local pc folder (will be the same folder every time)
is encrypted? It's acutally a SQL database that we want to be
encrypted, I am not sure if this makes a difference.
Oh, I forgot, I realize that new files will be encrypted, but what
about the current SQL server data files. I just want to make sure the
data stays encrypted when it leaves this office. I.E. it is client
pull replication so the client side data files are modefied.
